Question Exhaust size

I just got a Magnaflow muffler wiht a 2.5in. in/out will that fit on my 2.2????

Any good welder can make it fit on your stock exhaust piping, which is about 2".

Thats all i needed to know because its a slip on and weld. My grandpa who has built numerous classic cars will weld it for me. Thanks.

Actually it's closer to 1.75inches. Look where the muffler is connected, it's very small.

That's fine. They can still make it fit as long as they know what they are doing.

They = Me and my grandpa tomarow morning, if it works pics/vids will be up tomarow night.

Ummm yea its going to a muffler shop hopefully this next week its gonna take a little more than just cutting the other one off and welding this one on. But oh well it will be nice in the end.
