Exhaust Swap

Hey guys im doin an exhaust swap tomorrow and all of the shops around here are closed whats the best way to slide the exhaust out without cutting it? I have no choice since the guy im trading with has to drive back home as soon as we are done.

wouldnt you have put the car on stands as high as you can, and unbolt the shocks, drop the axle down, and pull the exhaust through?

take the tires off, then drop the axle. i did it on jack stand just fine

only problem with this is trying to realign all the bolt holes up right with the rear beam and making sure the brake lines dont stretch too far.. i had to use this method to do my exhaust

^ so take what you and diabetic said. take the wheels and calipers off, if you have drum, well then youre stuck with the brake hose issue.
