F23 Transmission Problem ! ! ! Cant figure it out....PLZ HELP

I have had absolutely no problems with my F23 Transmission until just recently.

Background.

I have exedy stage 2 clutch w/ exedy light weight flywheel.

I put those in with a new TOB at 18,000 miles and I am at 40,000 miles now.

Just recently it is getting harder and harder to get into reverse and first gear. I am not getting any grinding. But it seems like I have to push my clutch in and out a few times and push harder to get it into gear.

Now it seems like all my gears are hard to get into. I mean there was one time last week, I backed out of a parking space and for the life of me I could not get the bitch into first gear. It finally went in.

Even driving it is hard at times to shift. Sometimes it feels great.

Do u guys think I need to:

1.) re bleed my clutch ?
2.) Flush and change trans fluid to see if I see metal?
3.) TOB is going bad?

I am stumped.

Thanks CSS !!!

I would recommend replacing the master cylinder and slave cylinder (TOB on this car) at same time. First time i did a clutch swap i Only changed slave and my master was worn. could never get the right feel to the clutch no matter how many times i bled it. On my stage 3 install i replaced slave and master and clutch has always felt great.

You may also just have an air pocket in the line. Try Bleeding it some more.

Heres a link for master. Connects directly to pedal.

Doesn't sound like a tranny problem. Sounds like clutch isn't disengaging properly. I wouldn't waste time draining fluid just yet. I've found that having someone bleeding the slave while the other works the clutch pedal is the best way to get the clutch on these cars bled. I've tried vacuum bleeders that didn't ever seem to work well on these cars.

update:

drove the car past few days. It has been acting normal so far. When I get some free time and a day off I think I am going to re bleed the system. I still hate the fact I am having problems on and off. But oh well its life lol.
