That is for the F35 trans, not the F23.

F35= F/I SS's
F23=every other 5 speed

OBX-R makes a lot of stuff for Honda's. They seem to be a pretty decent company from what I have heard.

I'd say that there is no use in getting it unless you have a way of putting it in. It's almost impossible to find someone with the tools to tear into our transmissions... and I don't even think that they sell the tools anymore, I'm pretty sure GM deemed it "Replace Only - NO repair".

Not to mention, it is a total PITA to tear apart... you'd be looking at another $500 in labor, at the cheapest. Just find a junk yard and buy a G85 F35. It'd probably cost you right about the same.

I wouldnt be installing Chinese differntials in my trans, especially consider how much labor is involved with installing one.

Youd be better off buying THIS

Maven,

has anyone bolted an F35 up to a 2.2? from what I understand, the trannies are not interchangeable.

BUT if they are thats something I'll look into

I believe it has to do with the clutch. From what i found out before it was the same bolt pattern, just the 6 bolt flywheel that made for the F23 wouldnt work with an LSJ clutch and the F35 transmission. I believe you would need a LSJ flywheel made in a 6 bolt pattern then you could put a F35 clutch and tranny in your car. I just looked into it briefly and thats what a couple of us found out.

problem is, if you want spec to make you one custom, they require a minimum of 10 orders at 350 each.
