when you mat it, is when your A/Fs should richen up, and run somewhere below 12.5.
in the 11s is usually a nice safe place to be for boosted car
what he said i wouldnt mess with i at idle thats fine what is it when u stomp on it.. my ss/sc read 11.3

Hey everyone, Thought I would just make a quick post. Overall, a pretty straight forward build. This kit is EXTREMELY well put together. I was very impressed with the instructions as well as the fitment of the piping etc. To answer one of the questions, we did drill and tap for the oil return.
Definitely one big down side to this kit I feel is the lack of tuning ability. DONT GET ME WRONG THE FLASH TUNE IS SAFE AND RELIABLE, but it lacks some of the smoothness and refinement that I can get with HPT on an lsj (as im sure some of you SMG tuned guys can relate to.) definitely some of the issues i think the car has at idle and tip in fueling could be adjusted a little bit more to my liking but thats the way it goes.

One thing about the afr on the dyno, we DID have mikes uego gauge hooked up as well while the car was strapped down and i saw numbers around 11.8 at full boost, so im sure grabbing afr numbers through the monsterous CAT effected the afr slightly on the dyno sheet. The refference line on the chart is set at 13.5 and with the clutch slipping and the car not spooling as hard of as it could have on the dyno certainly has the effect of causing the 13.X numbers at the start of the pull. Also, keeping in mind this turbo setup is only makng 10psi MAX! so 11.3 afr numbers like on an lsj tend to be a touch fat on a setup like this one.

Anyways, overall great kit, great build, badass 'balt sedan.

feel free to ask any other questions you may have

Next thursdays Vday. Kinda locked down for that day. Gonna try and get me some :-)
And Yes fred is a god with HPT. I can vouche for that any day of the week. He doesnt let the car come off the dyno until its right where he wants it. He doesnt go for just numbers. He tunes to where the car is 100% safe across the band while still trying to get the best numbers. Deffinitly knows his shizzle.
