im thinking of putting a glasspack exhaust on my 2.2 cobalt, is this possible and if so do i just take the pipe off of the header pipes and then put the glasspack on with a exhaust clamp? thanks much

If you're going to put a glasspack on, you might as well upgrade your exhaust piping (if you haven't already). It would basically go between the catalytic converter and muffler. A glasspack basically acts as a resonator and lowers the tone of your exhaust but I believe it depends on what type of glasspack you get as well.
You will have to cut and weld this on. Take it to a professional.

I put a header on my car n people keep saying that it sounds rice or it sounds like something is broken. I have a magnaflow on right now and i was thinking if i should and could put a glass pack on. Does anyone think this is a good idea and if so what would I sound like?
