how does it sounds on the turbo ss. I am looking for something different but not loud. Also i heard that the piping is smaller than stock, so what if I just took muffler, and did custom piping? would that work?

or for the mean time you can get a 3 inch catless downpipe. thats what my friend has on his 09 ss and it sounds amazinggg with the stock catback.
if i had his car i wouldnt even get a catback because just the downpipe makes it alot louder

It's 2.25, the best size for a n/a 2.2 or 2.4. It even an upgrade for the sc because the mandral bends and straight through muffler give it better flow that the stock one of the same size

Got the catback installed. GM charged me $150 to install it and took an hour and a half. sounds really good but its alot quiter then what i am used to. As for proformance gains i didnt really feel any. There might be a bit in the higher end. But this could be due to the stock downpipe

I got it on my ss/sc and I love the sound. I also gained 2mph in the trap just from it. Before I was running roughly 101.5 traps then I jumped to 103.5's
