Question gmpp exhaust and air intake? what should I expect?

i want to get a gmpp exhaust or buy the corsa system offered by the actual chevy place. I'm not sure which to get so any info would be helpful.
also what kind of power gains should i expect from an intake and exhaust; will it be noticable. Does anyone know if the two mods affect gas mpg.

You should search the forums, but yeah I recommend the GMPP for very little performance, and warranty. And most people will comment on the MPG gains.

GMPP Short Ram Intake = 2 WHP
GMPP Catback = 8 WHP
You will notice the 10 extra HP but if you want to go a step further get the LSJ Exhaust manifold and Downpipe at the same time.

Your mileage should be better than before. Mine was. That is, if you don't lay into it at every opportunity.

You'll be tempted to lay into it at first. Have some fun with it then reset the MPG, mines gone up 2 so far(had it since tuesday), as I've been romping quite a bit with the new gmpp intake($160 shipped! Thanks balmung)
