Ya beat the hell out of it with a broom stick.....as in take the dp off and stick the stick down into the cat and beat the guts right out of it.....it may take a bit but i know that usually works......

so all i have to do is just unscrew the bolts and just shove **** into it and try and get it out...without cutting the back end of the pipe to release the ****...

just make sure you take it out of the car completely before doing this and do it in an area where there is ventalation cause it makes a huge mess

Do not go through the trouble of gutting your cat...If you do some research on the DYNO numbers for this (One of the magazines even did this recently, I think Import Tuner) you will find that power is almost always LOST by gutting the stock cat, let alone you will throw a CEL and not be able to smog the bitch again.
The stock catalytic converters are designed to optimize power while doing the job it needs to do. When you gut it, it just creates a fucked up link in the exhaust that disrupts flow, and it does not even do any of the things a cat is put in your car to do in the first place.
If you want more power, get a high flow cat, or if you do not care about being street legal, get a test pipe that will smoothly take the place of the cat and not disrupt flow.
