Header Back

I got my ZZP order in yesterday and I want to put it in sometime within the next week. It's the mid length header, catted DP and 2.5" catback system. I am waiting on a friend’s garage to clear out. The pictures won’t load so I will upload them soon of the products.

I will. I have heard good things about the system from a lot of people. I will post more as I install it and drive with it.

This is almost the exact same set-up as I want. I just can't decide between the Mid-length and Long Tube headers.

did you get the 1.5" or the 1.75" primaries? also are you planning on supercharging later down the road?

If I have my knowledge correct mid-length is more a set up for HP. Where as long tube is for more toque. Don't quote me on that though.

I did get the 1.75" primaries. I am thinking about charging it in the spring. (I will be out of country for a bit here soon.)

Sweet, I'm undecided on whether to charge or not, also are you auto or stick?

Haha AGREED! Can't justify modding a car too much when I can't shift to use the power when I want

I have thought about throwing paddle shifters in... but that would be more work than converting in to a stick shift. Then I was like nah... I will just buy a new manual car in that case. haha. I have friends that can't drive stick that have had to drive my car I am fine with it auto in the end.

They say the auto is stronger than the manual, at least that's what I read on here.. I figure full exhaust, intake, 2.4 tb and im and a tune and I'll be happy

A manual has more of a choice of each gear at any given time but an auto has a faster shifting time and is smoother. It takes practice to sync up the foot and hand to be close to that smooth. Timing is key when it comes to cars.

For those of you that have read this... I have not yet put in the exhaust. I am to leave the country in one month and so if I don't get the chance it is going to wait until the spring when I return. Work has been ridiculously busy the last few weeks. Sorry if you were anxious for answers and results. I will still post pictures and video after I do it though.

Plus I want to break the system in so it has a truer sound for recording. It doesn't sound right right out of the box.
