Header & Lowering springs

I've ordered the C/A V2 header but I was told to get a "real" header. Is there something wrong with the C/A header or is it fine? If so I can always cancel my order and buying a different header. I'm going custom 2.5" all the way back no converter.

As far as the lowering springs I was going to get these

http://thmotorsports.com/store/produ...x?itemid=53939

they're the cheapest I can find that are 2.0F - 2.5R which is what I need. I just wanted to know if there are other sites where I can find these cheaper. I called them and they said that they had them in stock and can ship them out on monday which is nice. It's also free shipping even cheaper than ebay. Or maybe there are some other springs that would suit me better? whatdo you guys think?

Its all from the same company just different sellers. I just want to know if there is anything else I should consider before buying them.

Well if you want to cheap out on springs why not get tenzor's, k-sports, or zenns? They are in the $100-150 range... Shitty springs but if you only want the look they would be better for you.

Well I'm running 2.5" from the header back. does anybody have a good opinion on what I should purchase? I just canceled the order for the C/A V2 header because they're taking way to long to even give me a tracking number.

What are you running for the header and DP? Is it the 1.5 or 1.75 primaries? I found a deal too good to pass up on the LSJ Pacesetter (1.75" primaries) and an Exhaust Depot DP (they are catless and bolt right up to the Pacesetter...they do have a resonator though...that with the stock LSJ cat-back, I'm hoping it isn't going to be too loud and annoying, I guess the only way to know will be to get it installed. My future plans are an M62 so that's another reason I went with the larger primaries right off the bat.

Anyway, do you have any pics of your exhaust on the car and do you have any sound clips?

To the OP, you'll probably want a cat because it really makes the car loud/raspy without one in most cases...I think they sound good on the SC or TC, but with an NA car it doesn't usually sound that good. Besides that, I don't know where you are and what your state has in place for annual inspections...in MN we're lucky they haven't done it for years. But I'm hoping in my case that the resonator that's built into the DP will be enough to keep it more quiet.

I don't have a cat, just a resonator built into the DP...here's the one I have to go with it... http://www.exhaustdepot.net/doforpahe.html

Being that you have the 1.75" primaries, how's the power and torque? Do you still have enough low down power or did you lose some? That's my concern, but I think getting the tune will help a little.
