It should be easy to find an exhaust bung kit at any auto parts store...

If you have a ride to an AutoZone, Advanced, etc...try those.

Pretty sure the plug needs to be 18mm x 1.5

I thought all the Eco's have two O2 sensors, though? Might wanna check to make sure...

07 and up 2.2 w/o SAI (AIR) exhaust manifolds do not have O2 sensors -- it is in the DP. Second O2 sensor is still after the cat.
05-06 2.2 w/o SAI has O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold.
Aftermarket header may or may not have the O2 sensor in it...did the manufacturer install instructions say anything?
05-07 2.0/2.4 SS and 08 2.4 Sport manifold has the O2 sensor in it.

Yes if you plug it will work. Since you are going to plug it you can grind away some of the material inside the manifold -- port it even more.

Yea, a 2.2 O2 sensor will fit the SS manifold O2 hole...I put a GMPP extrude-honed mani (same as SS mani) on my 06 LS and just used the original O2 sensor in it.

Did you check any local hardware stores...one that specializes in bolts?

ss/sc's have one on the header one on the dp we have two on the dp stock

if you are swapping both head and dp then no problem just plug them back in if not then you will have to plug a hole

so to make sure i got this right we just need to take one of the O2's from the DP and put it on the header in that hole? and that won't cause any problems?

sorry to thread jack but does anyone here know if the header to block gasket differs from the SAI equipped 2.2's to the 2.0 gasket?

like shapewise. cause i'm going from a 2.2 header with SAI to a LSJ header and none of the chevy dealers around me stock the 2.0 gasket so i want to make sure there aren't any funky cut outs or anything in my stock gasket. cause i want to see if i can reuse it. otherwise i have to wait til tuesday.

heeeeeeeeeelp

see my other thread so we don't clog up this good mans thread. thankssz!

What happened to going to the auto parts store???

I told you the measurements on the plug you will need...

http://www.google.com/products?hl=en...num=1&ct=title

EDIT: Here you go, try a find something like this at the local hardware store.

http://www.verociousmotorsports.com/...ous%2Bproducts

Also, try calling any of the local dealerships and asking the service departments if any tech's may have a damaged O2 sensor laying around that they haven't thrown out yet...

Great to hear you got it worked out. Stupid about the EPA **** since people buy parts for race builds from auto stores. There are so many off-road parts sold at those stores, they'd go out of business if the EPA banned them all. Just stupid...

I went back and bold the bolt pattern in my post from yesterday, you should bold it in yours too.
