Help choosing what to do

Okay so I need help deciding on what to do first to my LS cobalt. It's between a Cold Air intake, or Headers. I'm not trying to be super quick or anything I'm just trying to give it a decent sound. I do plan on dropping the car 2 inches in the front and 2.5 in the back, getting matte black rims for it, changing to a 5 lug hub, getting the SS body kit, and a brembo brake system. It is automatic, then again I'm not trying.to make a quick car, I just want it presentable. Thoughts?

Get the Injen intake first, they are on sale on www.TurboTechRacing.com right now.

Then get a magnaflow exhaust kit.
