All the seats, anything in the truck, 1/4 tank of gas or less and don't eat before going to the track.

How much does the a/c weigh? I almost never use it, even in 100 degree heat. To me it's not a necessity. They are heavy right? Maybe 50 lbs?

lose the seats, spare tires, take a good crap and dont eat or drink anything all day, instead, spit in a cup or just keep spitting, weightloss tecnique used for wrestling weigh-ins, but then after the races, you can eat and drink, but i'd start out slow then of course, a diet.

Fat guys always use a/c.

Loose weight...I can say that since I am a fellow fat guy lol.

But in my neon I used to:
Remove passenger seat, empty glove box and all compartments
remove trunk carpet
rear seat back and bottoms
spare tire and jack
wing
1/2 tank of gas (will save atleast 40lb right there)
could empty washer sprayer bottle for about 5 lb

That right there should be over 100 lb

So much removed from the rear it actually sat an inch or so higher when I removed all that stuff

I ran a 16.7 at 81mph the first time and 16.9 at 81 the second, with 93 Octane, no passenger seat, no trunk material, no spare tire, no jack, and NO AIR FILTER,lol. I had INSANE reaction times, .153 the first time and .107 the second time. I cant figure out how to turn off traction control completely so I was pulling up the e-brake, pushing the brake, revving to 3000 RPM and then letting off the e-brake and brake at the same time while slamming the gas. I had 2 good launches, but traction control sucked and def limited me by at least .1 or .2. It wasnt bad for a stock auto 2.2L.

what were your 60' times? I had an 04 Ion QC3 manual trans though. I would run 16.4@84mph with 2.4 - 2.5 60' times. meaning I could have hit 15.9 with a good launch 2.2 60'. So what were your 60' times?
