Help please 2.2 l61

Hello,
I am new to the G5/Cobalt Whatever you guys would like to say.
Long story short, I ended up with an 08 G5 that still is being paid off.
I love this little car, Its a lot of fun.
But Bottom line, I need to go faster and corner harder.
So far my "mods"
Supper 44 muffler
Eibach bars front and rear.
17" TSW and it feels like this bitch is lifted.
Well lets start out what I'm looking to do on this thing.

I need to go low. I mean LOW
I tried the Eibach lowering springs, Weren't low enough. and I was broke at the Time so I cut Them. Before you start talking ****. stop, I don't wanna hear it. I was broke. but yeah it fucked up struts so I went back to stock.
So I would like the lowest coilovers I can find.
I need strut bar.

Im going to buy a spare motor and slowly build it.
I need to be pointed where I should get Internals, I'm going to turbo it.
so kits?
Parts list I should do.
Chips? programmers?
Is it worth doing Cold air intake since it comes with new Intake

And also Thank you to the ones who reply and Point me in the right Direction.
and reading all this ****!
Thanks

so you want to find the "Randy Special" BC Coils if you just want low and don't totally care about performance/ handling.

There are no chips / programmers. You will need to find someone that has HP Tuners to tune the car for you.

In the short term, a CAI is going to get you maybe 5-7hp? it'll be loud, but it wont really make that much power.

Like foximus said the randy coils are the lowest but expensive, like $1500. When you go that low your car won't handle like it would if you put yyz springs on. There is no where for the suspension to travel to.

If you want it to handle well then you can get coils, just dont slam it. Over the past 5 years, my car has gotten lower and lower and the handling is suffering. Still way better than stock though.

Just raised my bc type BR today. Handles much better than when it was almost on its nuts. Just know you run into bottoming out or scraping fender lining hard.

The ones royce is selling are the lowest available coilover kit for cobalts. Its nothing you can even buy off the shelf. Regular BC extreme low are good enough for most people though.
