does anyone here suffer from the very slow rev down these cars have. when sitting at idle and you give it the fever to about 5 grand, does it take forever for it to come back down to idle? Mine is like that all the time except when the a/c is on( which is understandable because of the extra resistance)

it's normal when revving. It's got to burn that extra gas you threw at it.

a flywheel moret then likely won't heip the issue much. the reason its so slow to rev. down is because the ecu controls your throttle body. since we have an electronic tb we don't have a iac. the ecu holds the throttle plate open so the it won't snap shut and cause the car to stall, pluse it helps burn off the fuel you just dumped into the exhaust so its better for the emissions. so i guess we're stuck with it
