Nice man, congrats! You'll love the sound, but unfortunately, your gas mileage is going to get worse because you won't be able to lay off the gas.

ahhh!!! man i m so exited!! its my first real mod. id like to thank donna and all those at Cobalt-Addiction for making this happen. id like to thank injen for making such a nice product (its in my room and i cant stop staring at it!!!!) ill keep you all posted as i put it on tommarow after school

p.s. it says you should take off the front bumper to install. ppl on css.net told me that you can just take off the passenger side headlight. is that true?

You shouldnt have to take the headlight out OR remove the bumper.
I have done this to an 05.
I just removed the wheel well liner, and was able to get the project done in about an hour.

A lot less stressful IMO than either of the other two options.

I think it takes a lot less time and is less of a headache if you remove the headlight instead of the fender well liner.
