WELL... i got some new tires... i went in to the ditch today and i a got pissed off and decided to buy new tires. i had to have my girlfriends dad pull me out and he told me that he would rather have his daughter drive her car rather then ride in mine till i got rid of my "SLICKS"... so i went out and bought some new YOKOHAMA AVID TRZ 's and they are amazing... so with that said i now have to wait to buy the exaust that i was going to buy this next week.. it was worth every penny to get these tires consumer report rated them number 3 in the class and for the price that my buddy worked out for me i couldnt pass them up.... i recomend them to anybody who has a cobalt.... when im hammering down on it i actualy get a grip going in to secound and dont spinn half way though....

Yokohama makes a decent tire. I bought the AVS ES 100 series. 225/40/18. Awesome tires.

300 even.. thats with balance and taxes.... im a friend of the owner so he cut me a good deal normaly the tires are 75 a piece and 9 dollars a tire to balance.. so.. he told me that the lady at the desk would work it out so its 300 even.. normaly its 353. and some change..

so i think it comes out to 62.18 a tire befor balance and mount...

i almost bought that series.... but i fell in love with the tires i have.. im going back in when i get my tax return to get a tire and rim combo for auto cross..

I got my Nitto 450s mounted on my new rims, balanced and put on for $350 which is nice for 205/55/R16 tires that are 7" wide.

 

i just installed some nitto neogens on my ls. they are 215/45/17 and they only cost me 78 bucks and some change per tire. my boss let me mount and balance them one day while i was stil on the clock! cant beat that hahaha
