stock its a manifold not a header and there's only 1 not 2 lol and yes it will bolt up.

all the cobalt exhaust parts bolt up to all cobalts i believe, they might have different exhaust flanges but all the manifolds will bolt right up to all the motors

they all fit. just depends on the transmission. if its auto then the downpipe will rub. but everything else will fit. besides the SS/TC.
and Joe you need to come back to Denver and see how we taking over the tuner scene. we usually come with like 10 or more cobalts. it looks really cool.
