that ecu is not setup to read boost, and the fmu is probably a rising-rate unit, which isn't going to do all that great either if at all considering you're already at 60psi static at the rail. I hope you're not planning on stock injectors either.

Hey, let's keep this about the turbo and not bash the j-bodies RedBaseBalt! I know of quite a few out there that can hand you your ass...
As far as the kit goes, shouldn't be that big of a deal to run over to the shop and snap a few pics Shred-meister. If you're not full of it, then show them up. If not...just sad

I'm old school
This thread is nothing but trouble. I'm tempted to close it. Instead, I will attempt to offer some clarity and see if I can straighten a few things out.
I have said it before, I will say it again. There is NO turbo kit for L61 equipped Cobalts. Read this. Then, read it again.
The pictures above are a combination of file photos from Hahns mock-up back when they first started turbo charging Ecotecs and a Dyno of the JIN car. They used an FMU and larger injectors for that setup. It is old news.
Maximum Boost is a joke. You will be disappointed.
Yes, the Cavalier and the Cobalt use the same basic L61 engine. But they are mounted in a completely different engine bay using completely plumbing. None of the Cavalier charge tubing will fit. It also has a completely different throttle system.
