So I was swapping out my intake manifold with the LE5 last night. I also had the LE5 tb, but we wont talk about that. So after I get the manifold on with my throttle body I think the car is fine, so I leave it in the garage overnight. In the morning I leave my house and its running super lumpy. Kinda sounded like a harley. I got to auto zone and I have an injector misfire. the only thing I did that involved the injectors at all was Unclipping the harness to get the manifold out. Any ideas why my Injectors are misbehaving?

I had the same issue, car sounded like a subaru... One of your injector clips is either not connected properly or jacked up. In my case it just came loose and needed to be reconnected.

Make sure they are all connected and clean connections and make sure you have them all hooked up to the right injector.
