Very nice!
i wonder with the placement of the turbo, will there be any oil build up in that line... everyone knows a turbo hates oil pressure! you could start it up and with in minutes blow every seal in the turbo.
but i see you have it set up to rung the charge pipe under the car not to shabby, i was told i should, but i dunno i love the look of it up and over the motor, PLUS i work in construction and didnt wanna risk ******* my charge pipe up like my floor is lol
good job on the build so far, i just turned my boost up to 11PSI, but i gotta turn it down again, im running 12.5 on my A/F

Well ,my biggest concern is the drain for the turbo, i won't know until i start it if oil is backing up into it. I spent alot of time thinking about that after Sentry had issues. But i really don't have alot of choices due to how low the turbo is. The drain line is only -8 an, I thought it was -10 when i ordered it from vulcan but that is all he sells. Originally this turbo had the same size drain on it, so i don't think that will be an issue. It has a restrictor in the feed side so the oil pressure should be very low, so hopefully no issues. Thanks for looking guys, i will update as i go. Shouldn't be to long though.

Got a couple of leaks still, but hopefully I'm about done. Good luck with yours.
By the way, did you use RTV on your oil flanges? What kind of sealant is that?

Yep, I thought mine was good, but it was way too small. I have a feeling I've got insane oil psi going to the turbo. I replaced my lines with 5/8" and yesterday I cranked it with no smoke at all. Before, it was burning the oil up in the turbo because it was backed up.

Got my injector harness today, gm harness from an 04 cavi, works perfectly. Gm stg 2 injectors, have to put them in yet, hope i don't have the fit issues like you did,lol.... Mine's an 05 and we have a different fuel rail, so it should work out also...
