just got a reply from colt cams...

is anybody using them or has heard of them? they claim that their cams will pass smog in California. if this is true then im buying em. lol

unless they have a CARB sticker, theyre illegal..but i suppose if you pass the tailpipe test they'll never know you have them

good thing about OBDII, no tailpipe test, they just connect to the port and let it tell them everything they need to know, which if your tuned for your new cams, wont cause a problem

damn california air resource board.

someone should kill all of them. lol.

people in california have to be afraid to get inspected when they're modded otherwise they'll fail. thats all kinds of bullshit.

btw hunter what did you get as your new car? i saw you posted something about it. you get a GTO?

you still have a tailpipe test for OBD2 cars.. lol

i never got a tailpipe test. but i went to a local gas sataion if i went through dmv they would use the sniffer

i know they didn't test my car when i went last year.

No sniffer test in NC... Just obd2 scanner
