I am not stating that this is true, it is just what someone here said.

Latest update: Turbotech informed me that the cams will be ready no later than June 7th. Im pretty excited. I was talking to this guy at my dealership that flushed my transmission fluid about the cams and I'm just going to have him put them in because he works with this engine all day and he knows what he's doing. He even showed me this diagram of how all the alignment marks meet up. It was cool and I will feel confident having him put them in so. So far I feel that I have planned everything well, I have a brand new valve cover gasket, I will also have some new spark plugs to go in, and while the valve cover is off, im going to polish it. Tuning is taken care of by trifecta, at which the same time I will also be getting the tune for the automatic trans. So I'm guesstimating that I will gain at least 1 second if not more in the 1/4 mile. From what i have seen stage 1 gains about 10-15 horsepower so that means stage 2 has to gain at least 20-25 horsepower. After the whole job is done i'm going to get it dynoed just to see at which RPM its gaining the most horsepower.

Glad to hear your going to let a knowledgable mechanic install them. We'll be waiting for your posts about the performance gains.

the wife said i can boost the cobalt so i'm gonna keep my love, if you don't mind. the cooper was her idea cause she liked the boost so much but we'd spend better money boosting my cobalt and staying away from the bigger car payment. ha. still want to ditch the juice though.
