k&n question
alright, so first off i did use the search button, and didn't find anything right away, so i just thought i could get a quick answer. my question is...do the 2.4 and 2.2 k&n SRI's have the same size piping; will the 2.4 work on our 2.2? i've seen that they will fit...the reason i ask is that further down the road i plan on doing a 2.4 mani and 2.4 TB swap, and i'm not sure if the 2.2 SRI will work with that set up. also, is there any gain in getting the 2.4 SRI over the 2.2, or is there no difference in performance?
thank ya much
bump...really, no one has any info?

then why is the 2.4 sri always at least $30 more? i guess heres a more "to the point" question: will the 2.2 fit on a 2.4TB and still deliver the proper performance as the 2.4 sri would?

buuuuuuut
the new injen filters are made by amsoil. amsoil> K&N
so it's really a matter of preference, i'd rather have a blue filter in my engine bay
but OP presents a good question seeing as i am going to order a 2.4 TB very soon and actually wanted to know the same thing.
