so i did my build today. took an hour to fight with the k04 getting it out. got the new one up and in and clocked. ran into a few issues though. 1. my upper charge pipe was wayyy off luckily i had spare pipes and clamps so i made an extention for now. 2. its open down pipe atm due to me marking where a flange needed welded wrong. (loud as ****) 3. since i used a 3 inch vband to 5 bolt it extended my down pipe off the to the side just enough to where my dump tube shoulda mounted (do not go 2 bolt wastegate!!) so therefor no dump tube atm. 4. i am retarded and ordered the wrong coupler for my intake luckily advance had one so that got squared away. 5. wide band isnt reading it flashes 7.4? i followed the instructions ( innovate lc1). Tommrrows plans are to get my wideband functional and make sure my vacumm lines are all good as i got in a rush at the end because i had work. Monday its going to a shop to get the exauhst and dump tube on. some data logs here and there and hopefully ill be ready for a 3 hour drive to a meet on saturday.

I would say possibly with the open dp it's giving weird readings where is your wideband located?

thats just an off the shelf ZZP downpipe right? with a different turbo than they designed it for and your adapter I would expect it to possibly be off to one side a little

try to re-calibrate it and check for any bad wiring on the harness (ie. melted)

was mid way through flashing a tune and a error popped up saying "terminated" and i tried writing entire that says "timed out". i checked all fuses and got a scan tool from work and it has no communication for my PCM. At this point ill suck it up and let the electronics guy at work deal with it, flash a tune and be on my way to fixing the exhaust and dump tube. They are gonna try and get it in today as its my only car.

If your battery is dead or near dead when writing the tune to ecu it can kill it. I came close to doing this during my tuning sessions. Luckily my battery had enough juice to write the tune and it died thereafter. Not enough juice to start the car. Results of an entire day of tuning.
