In my own defense, it was the first night I had ever gone down the track in any car. That particular run was only the second pass that I had made with the car. The car didn't even have 1000 miles on it yet.
In the interest of total disclosure, I have been down the track many times on bikes and have been as quick as 8.90 at 160. I didn't get that fast the first time I went down the track, it took practice. I was just as nervous running the car the first couple times as I was when first took my bike down the track.

...at least the supporting vender gets it...
the buddy of mine who i raced in the vid had a bad launch, from a roll, id have to say that he would prolly win. but from the drag races we did, i was the better driver. simple as that
