Yes and no. The bolt pattern will line up and the harness will work, but you'll have to bore out the opening to clear the LS4's butterfly. Why do you want to do this? The LSJ TB is already larger in diameter than the LE5's IM opening, all that this will do is introduce a really annoying whistle as the air goes supersonic through the throat of the IM.

what about the LSJ TB
cause on the 2.2 there is not a base running air flow table. experimenting with bigger TBs for smoother start up

The last post has a link that might assist you in figuring this out. You may benifit from a larger than stock TB. The last link contains information on selecting a new tb. What is your red line?

LSJ TB is a larger diameter than the LE5 manifold's inlet by about 1 mm (almost perfect match, so it'd be the better option compared to the LS4. I don't know that you'd see any gains from using the LS4 compared with the LSJ, but I don't know of anyone that's done a comparison on a 2.2 or 2.4.

The op's cams might benefit from the bigger TB, and it might not. Also a little porting of the heads would help out the flow. Just make sure you get even flow of air entering and leaving the engine.
