lsj mani vs CA 4-1

i'm currently running the lsj exh mani and it's most certainly an improvement over the 06 stock exh mani, however i want to know how that stacks up to the CA 4-1 header. this decision determines when i'm going to get re-tuned. realistically what can I expect, a 5hp gain more/less over the lsj?

Personally, if you're not going F/I I think the LSJ will be more than enough bng for your buck.

Never had an lsj mani but the differance betwee the stock 06 mani and the ca was alot. At the time when i put it i. It was the only mod i had, so top end i guess it lacked theimprovement it would have with an intake and exhaust, but the differance in driving daily was amazing.

Plus if your eventually going to go with a sc setup, your headers will never need to be changed!

that's why i've finally settled on doing it. the tune will have to wait then.
