The funny thing is you sound like my g/f. As far as doing small things to win just do some of the things already mentioned, but the most important thing is to practice. Make the car as light as possible, drop the front tire pressure a little, try running a higher octane, a K&N filter will help and really wont be noticable. Butlike i said the most important thing is go practice your launching and shift around like 6k.

Haha my dad is a certified mechanic and now works at a collision repair center. He has a 71 Charger that he built and painted himself from it being nothing. So from being around my dad so much, since my mom left us, I got around and into cars with him. I used to stay out in the garage and watch him fix up the Charger.
And for the no sex thing, I am the one that wants it all the time, so that wouldnt really work on him, hes says that he doesnt need to have sex with me all the time, which I think is really sweet (He has made me wait 3 weeks before and I went nuts on him but it was worth the wait). But I am liking all the ideas, thanks
I'm just giving ****. I was a twig a couple years ago too.

Alright then, I will do lots of practicing and maybe I will have daddy take me out since hes raced his old Chevelle, Camaro, And his new Charger at the track and has 10s I think, I'm not sure but I could ask him if you were really that interested. Thanks for all the tips!
And hes not really that small, he is only 5'6" and was very athletic in H.S. playing soccer, football, wrestling, and running track but hes not as big as Id like him to be hehe

hmmm your his girlfriend, I would just tell him if he wins, he can go home by himself, and "enjoy" his own company, and let that be that

It really does help i think. A little bit better throttle response, and just an overall better sound.
He might notice that it is a little louder, but he wouldn't be able to find out why.

Haha he does all the cooking but I do the laundry lol. Most of the time he takes me out to eat though. I will have to talk to my dad about helping me with that removal of the intake thingy. And Im not really trying to cheat, just do something that doesnt require putting money into my car but will add a lil power... I personally say if there isnt anything added to the car it is still stock, but when you "gut" it (I think thats what taking out all the seats and all that is called) thats a different story.
And yes I know the mopar is very different from our Ecotecs, but I love my dads loud v8 at the track!
So do you guys think I will be able to get low 16s out of my car now if I practice and do these lil mods?
