my car is getting up to rpm's slow

it seems like whenever i step on it now, it takes forever to get up to rpm's and up to speed. i changed my fuel filter and plugs what else could it be?

Maybe its just your mind telling you "I want to go faster, FASTER, FASTER!!!"

Have your checked you air filter? Is your trunk full of junk?

yes they are alot heavier and probably bigger diameter which basically lowers your gear ratio.

Not really afaik.
You could have 18s that wieght less than 15s and they'll be slower, you need more power to run a bigger wheel, at least thats how I always understood it.

Push the gas pedal down further.

No, but seriously, it's probably the new wheels. You may try popping a new air filter in and cleaning out the fuel system, but it's probably the wheels.

^^^ You are correct because it changes the ratios around but if he bought a base model he mostlikely didnt buy a set of Volks or Tracklites. Oh and if they are chrome forgetaboutit, you arent going anywhere with heavy steel chrome plated wheels.

its the rims and sizing.

only way to fix this problem is to buy more stuffz.
