,Magnaflow Standard 5x8 Inch Body, Magnaflow Increased Airflow 6 Inch Body...All these will fit apparently but the question is, will their be a HP diff with my choice? I was leaning towards borla yet I see the increased airflow on the magnaflow? btw-this post looks very ugly as I type so sorry? For those who go on the site this will def work with my 08 LS(w/sai) right? I dont think SAI has anything to do with this

ive heard that the 5x8 mag sounds really good but im wanting the borla. ive heard nothing but good on borla's stuff.

I got mine for christmas, and it was the increased airflow by magnaflow. It's good quality, but not yet on my car because it isnt stainless and we are still in winter/spring. And we all know how much salt and **** is on the roads.

i had a borla on a 99 Cougar 2.5L .... it sounded sickkk, one of the best sounding exhausts on a small motor in my opinion, it wasnt ricey at all, very deep tone all the way through

id go witht the borla, my buddy has the magnaflow one, and i have to say its to loud fo rmy tatste, i have heard borla on other balts, and they sound nice

I've always been a fan of magnaflow, the borla doesn't sound right to me.

It's all personal preference, neither is going to perform better than the other.

You wont notice much of a differance if any in the mufflers performance. The SAI is located on the header so you should be fine.

it is stainless they offer 2 diffrent ones now, aluminized steel or stainless steel

alright Jn, I just read that but I dont wan't to order and be misleaded. I have never really heard of alluminized steel. what my concern is, is this a high quality product like other exhaust, or is this gonna rust in a year or so?

Oh well i ordered mine before they began offering the stainless, so the exhaust i have isnt stainless, hence me waiting to put it on. But the quality is very good. If you get stainless, it should hold up well and not rust since its stainless.
