the Cold Ait part has to be put in from the fender, so u need to take the wheel off the car.

I would go short ram air for the moment if u don't have the tools/time to take the wheel and wheel well off.

Short ram is said to give you a quicker throttle response, I had it on both and Iprefer the SR

Sound won't be any different.

It will only differ in where it comes from, the fender or the engine bay.

Go cold air. The cooler the air, the more horsepower. Simple as that. Hence the fact there are intercoolers on supercharged and turbocharged cars, to cool the air!!

No always true. Just cause the cold air will make more over all horse (1 - 2) it doesn't mean the car will be faster. it takes longer for the throttle to respond to a cold air intake then it does for short ram air.

The differences would be minimal, if anything at all really.

Maybe if the motor was highly tuned and making a large amount of power but other than that no.

I would do cold air in the summer to help prevent heat soak and then short ram in the winter

sure will

but, keep in mind, how fast the air is traveling through the piping, it's not going to really increase charge temps much if at all. if you're that concerned you could always heat wrap it or use some other sort of insulator.

I'd go with the full cold air, but that's just me.

i went short ram myself the risks in getting hydro locked around my neck of the woods are to great but i aslo agree there wont be a noticable diff between the 2 turbos and super run intercoolers because when you compress something it naturally heats up ntm the heat you get from either the super or turbo
