Need help quickly

I hit a rock or a root or something 2 nights ago. It hit on the front drivers side ride below the radiator. It hit what looks like a towhook spot just below the radiator. I noticed there is a rubber piece that fits inside the metal brace where the rock hit. It moved the radiator up and when i put it back it place it leaked all over my hand. Is this rubber piece a stopper to drain the radiator? Please help I have to work. It doesn't seem to be leaking much now, more like a once a minute drip. No other symptoms, no CELS.
