That is the secondary air injection supply line, which was added to late production 2006 model L61 cars. And your right, the GMPP intake doesn't provide for it. I'm afraid you won't be able to use your intake.

Well, you could use the intake, but then you will need to somehow filter the air entering that air pump line once you disconnect it.
At present, K&N is the only aftermarket intake manufacturer I know of that provides for SAI.

However, sir injection is not absolutely necessary, and can be disabled and removed. I would have to look at some procedures and things to determine how you can do it.

Compared to stock, this baby roars!
I wanted to get a video taken today. But by the time I got home after work & school, it was pitch black outside. I'll probably work on getting it recorded tomorrow.
Then I'll work on getting it posted later in the week.
School & work never makes life easy.
And if that wasn't enough, I've got something called a GIRLFRIEND.

the only advice i could give you is research what you buy before you buy it next time a lot of parts for these cars come in 20 different sizes models ect so its important to do a lot of research before you end up buying the right thing no offense or anyhting good luck with that damn intake

Right. but I would imagine it would be hard to get a CEL from an intake. It was because of NYS inspections that I drove a 1995 Beretta Z26 forever. (OBD I) Excempt from emissions and code checks.
