I think I have one sitting in my closet if you want to work out a deal. It was used for 5k miles. Shoot me a pm if interested.
BTW that is just a hydrashield.... Thats a little screen that goes over the filter to protect it from water.

yeah i know thats just a screen but does that do much. Seems to me that it would just block the air from coming in. I think its time for me to replace my filter to as its about 6 months old or so and im sure its dirty being under my light.

whats the advantage to getting a aem dry flow filter rather than just cleaning mine with k&n stuff. I mean is there really any real advantage to spend that much on a filter becuase i can clean my current one for $10.
i found this site selling the aem dryflow for a good deal.

kind of expensive though and i could clean my current one every year for the next 5 years at $10 per cleaning and it would be the same price as buying a dryflow filter. Its not like i will get any peformance out of paying $50 for a filter. i will go with the k&n cleaning kit and clean it this weekend.

yeah i bought the k&n filter recharge kit today for $11.99 and man my filter was dirty and now it is so clean looking. I am letting it dry up in the sun now and im going to walk to the bar in a little while to have some beers while its drying. Once i get back from the bar i will do only one time around of oil as the guy at autozone said thats all you need is just one pump in each spot all the way around the filter and thats it.
**its cool to because i have half the cleaner left and i know i will have alot of oil let so next time around to clean i will use this kit again. Its a cheap way to get a clean filter again.
