Need some help with my SC build

Ok so I have a lot of the parts that i need to supercharge my l61. I have the Supercharger, LSJ intake manifold, LSJ throttle body, ZZP S1 heat exchanger, 42lb fuel injectors, and the IC pump. I was just wondering exactly the intercooling system works. For example do I mount the S1 heat exchanger in front of my stock radiator if so exactly how do I do that and also what exactly is the option B kit? Any info would be much appreciated especially pictures.

Yes mount the S1 heat exchanger in front of your stock radiator. with brackets from the hard ware store, the brackets that came with it, zip ties... whatever to make it stay.

Option b is just another h/e reservoir if you use a different than stock reservoir to begin with and plumb the system right you dont need an option b kit.

There are seperare cooling systems for the car and the supercharger. AFAIK the s1 from zzp is meant to be added in line with another he, not used stand alone. I think the he should have cobalt custom mounting and instructions. What pulley have you choosen?
Option b is for bleeding air pockets out of the fluid to help the coolant temp.

An option b is also for adding more volume to the h/e system to make it take longer to heat soak.

And a bunch of 3/4 coolant line. And most likely the slim line elbows that connect to the intake manifold, a tone of hose clamps, ahhh, oh yeah some sort of reservoir.

You have to change pulleys (by that I mean use the s/c idler in place of your tensioner and the s/c tensioner) and you have to use the stage 2 cobalt belt and just cut one rib off.

Maybe, what pulley have you chosen?

Most of the questions you have are probably answered in the various build threads here.
