Well I'm a mechanic, cars are my thing, I just dont know anything about bikes. Looks like we have our unique talents. I have seen cars come through my shop with aftermarket plugs that cause misses, stumbles, hard starts and such. The biggest difference I can guess between a Buell and a Chevy is that the cars are far higher on the technology scale specifically because they have to meet strict emissions standards.

do they make +1 and +2's for our cars.. the one guy said +4's but i got a 2006 and cant use that bosch plug. If they make +2's i am all in, building up my engine with forged internels and plan to run nitrous or turbo or super down the road..

bosch is the equivelant of a girl getting a $10 dollar haircut. it's not going to happen, and if it does, she's probably going to complain about it.

Iridium and platinum doesnt get rid of heat fast enough for the ss s/c when you mod it. i have tried many plugs just to see what happends and the iridium and the platinum plugs tops break off because of the heat. it all depends of how cold of a spark you need
