ok thats pretty cool, but considering you put a decent amount of money into the internals, why not have a better intake manifold made or put on? nitrous backfire and your manifold is toast haha

its a 2 stage system. first stage is a 50 shot dry that turns on at 3k rpms in first gear and shuts off at 6k rmps to allow for the trany to shift. then in second gear 50 shot dry and 75 shot wet for a total of 125hp in stage 2

If there is a backfire, a plastic manifold will do less damage than an aluminum manifold. Think about it.
If there is a plastic manifold, the fuel ignites, bursts the plastic, and disperses.
If there is an aluminum manifold, the fuel ignites, and causes the nearest weakest links to fail, ie: valves, throttlebody, intake etc etc

im using the same parts that my buddy uses, he runs 75 shot dry all day and has no issues
but on that note, ill make sure to test it out with the nitrous blowing into the atmousphere instead of into the intake to see if the selonids are faulty

you put the injector before the MAF and the cold nitrous blows over the MAF tricking the computer into pumping more fuel into the engine to compansate for the cold air, thats how. 50hp is the highest you can go, after that it gets so cold it freezes the sensor

I know you shouldnt spray much more than a 75 wet shot but with those internals you might think about upping the jets for the 75 shot instead of using that dry shot at all. Just my opinion

well if I were you Id start with just the 75 shot, see how you like it, then decided if your engine is worth risking for another 50 shot.

Hey man, just to let you know, i finally got a call back from Saab. You said yours is on backorder. Mine was too, for 3+ months... They told me they will not be getting manifolds through customs for a VERY long time, but have an alternative casted intake manifold we can use, but it requires a different valve cover. they are going to check to see if the valve cover will fit on our engines to work with the new intake. How this new intake works or looks, i have no idea yet....

Nice, let me know how it goes and how much it is. It looks like a decent manifold but who knows =P. I think i saw it on their site for $799? kinda steep IMO. I would take a chance with the 2.4 intake manifold before spending that kinda money
