i didnt feel as good as last year about traction
-tract prep?
-my 555r need to be retired
-catless 3''+ SC catback is not good compare to my SCDP hiflow cat and custom CB 2.25'' with a big muffler
-wind
-clutch 150000km
but it was a good day overall

2010 was a fail for ź.
some people told me that I was slower cammed that uncammed. may be yes maybe no. i feel faster. so i m the owner of huck and cams ll stay in as long as i dont sell it. cam has nice sound and 10 hp more than a 2.2 fully bolt on
In May i have broken a diff.
since that day it was a nightmare
-stg1 clutch didnt work as well as i expected with the LKQ tranny replacment
-back to stock clutch and a third tranny
- but after a battle of BO against a RX8T, my clutch is bye bye butterfly.
now i have a crucial decision to make.
fidanza dont have replacement insert until dec. 9th.
a light flywheel gain hp but loose some TQ
lets try stock flywheel with stg1 clutch aŤnd cammed.
it is late in season to ź in QC province. may be 2 or 3 week before drag raceway close.
up date on friday about the feeling to be stock back flywheel. back to slower acceleration and more TQ
huck get fidanza a 30000km and now it at 153000km. over 120000km of pure pleasure. i m not happy to be back on stock FW but it life i guess
sorry but it not because i dont try hard. i m the first one to be disapointement.
BTW still own the first place.

How do you lose torque with a flywheel again? Since when did it affect how the engine combusted fuel and the force from the combusted fuel acted upon the crank through the pistons and rods a certain distance from the centerline? The only thing you lose with a lighter flywheel is drivability.
I think you're going to need to cut more weight or add more power, you've still got some weight to lose and when comparing yourself to that 14 flat bolt on j-body.

give me more explication about that.
do you run a lighter flywheel?
there is no lose of drivability. it is the opposite there is more drivabilité with it
and i m not a canuck i m a french canadian.

Well in theory they reduce driveability by making rpm's drop faster between shifts (you cant shift slow), and being "harder" to pull off the line because there's less energy stored in the flywheel. You need to rev higher to take off.
You don't lose torque. I'd just like to re-emphasize.

you reason for one thing.
flywheel and cams is less driveabilty.
i can stall 10 time a day. i need to wacht my rev close 1200rpm. and my foot is ready to give some gas pedal in case to get stalling. so i need to brake via handbrake or engine braking until get 1000rpm
but without cams Flywheel is very not that bad
it is the only video i got driving normaly for few sec. video uncammed 0:42sec at 1:30

i got more info for you LEAF
why do I lost TQ and gain hp. it s inertia
Inertia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and one more thing about cams loose tq.
intake and exhaut valve are open longer. the result is that at lower rpm, we lost compression but at faster rpm this affect produce hp.
is it make sense now
i m all alu pulley
-flywheel
-crank
-alternator

maybe i run my nitto to low in pressure. 12psi are good for traction but may kill my trapping.
since my 3'' intake air and my HD shortie, my car feel very good.
let see in 3 month at pont rouge
