"Now I have an option here to sell the parts I just received for my build up on my 2.2L but other better things have come around. So I can part them out (which I really don't
want to do) or I can put the brand new intake manifold , Eagle Rods, Cometic Head Gasket, ARP head studs, and Weisco 8.9:1 pistons and put the engine back together fully and sell it as a kick ass crate engine that is ready to support some MASSIVE HP! This would be perfect for someone that just purchased the Garrett Turbo kit.
PRICE
Depends on if you want the whole thing put together or part out. I really really really don't want to have to part it out.
PM me for questions."
A brand new crate engine from Crateenginedepot.com is:
MSRP: $4,962.86 Your Price: $3,128.75
Eagle Rods:
Price: $329.99
Weisco 8.9:1 Pistons:
Price: $489.99
ARP Head Studs:
Price: $134.99
Cometic Head Gasket:
Price: $84.99
After market parts alone = $1,039.96
So I really don't know what a good asking price would be...I'm also trying to get rid of the stock transmission.
As for MadMark...you're not the first one whose said that.......and I'm still waiting...J/k man, I hope to see others getting in the 14's.

Nah, I'll keep that sig...just add a "formerly." But in all reality, I really do hope that other 2.2s will be able to do well. How far are you from Texas Motorplex? I'll be there in March for NOPI and I'm trying to work with DallasCobalt who I guess is one of the leaders of the Cobalt groups in Texas to organize a meet for it.

Just trying to get a meet together for the NOPI event. I was going to try and get a pretty big size meet and I was going to have your the group name for the Dallas area Cobalts on the side of the car for the event to show thanks for coming out.

Well last night was the night the car got picked up...now it's on it's way to Texas...hooray! Now I just have to wait till the cage is done so I can go get fitted for the seats. Hopefully everything should be done soon and I'll be in the driver seat of my new beast!

But yeah, in the photo you can see the F.A.S.T. XFI fuel management system, MSD Digital Programmable 7 4cyl, header, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, MSD coil blaster, half shafts, rotors, and the fire suppression system.
There's even more to come...I'll try to keep you all as updated as I can, but in the end, it's up to Marty to send the photos to me.
Cage goes in in a couple weeks...

No DD but it could be on the streets much like Jason Whitfield's and Erica Nocita's. The majority of the time this car sees the pavement is at the track. Have a busy schedule for next year since it was just announced.

Lol, it'll be a beast period. But I'd rather not have the chance of being pulled over with all that in there. However I think the officer would look at it and be so shocked that there wouldn't be a ticket . *crosses fingers*
