What class are you going to be running in for e-town? Pinks would be fun, I think I would actually have a chance to make it on.

 

racing class depends on where the build is at, but probably pro FWD and hopefully in the low 10's by then

oh yeah I know. Just car probably won't be completely dialed in tl the end of the summer and whatnot. Still have a lot to do, auto trans swap, standalone, more custom fabwork for the turbo setup (basically ripping out everything I already did lol)

 

Are you going to do what Bryan Jimenez has or go with a pro car like Hunt, Ladwig, and Gardella?

 

still haven't figured everything out yet. Stil working on the chassis design, but the car should be able to be street driven still (which I will definitely be doing) and still have the ability to make @750-800 whp

nah.... Plans have changed yet again. Financial situation has been crazy lately.
But I"m gonna finish it mostly myself. With some friends helping me with the chassis and roll cage work in exchange for me working in their shops on the weekends, so I should be able to have everything done with what I got. Just need a few more parts and it goes under the knife.

Just another small update...I've gotten word that the cage has started to go in...no pictures yet but hopefully soon!

Also, I was able to purchase my seat today for the car, things are coming to an end...finally...

3. B&M Pro Ratchet shifter
4. Turbo (what pisses me off here is the rules are not out yet for NOPI and there's no word on when that's going to happen so I still don't know what turbo to run. Was going to go with the GT 4202R...don't think that's legal now )
5. Odyssey racing battery
6. Rear racing wheels since I'm keeping the 4 lug (would cost a lot to transition to 5 lug)
7. Small various things like window net and such.
8. Belts (will be the last thing I buy)
