Canada Oil pressure low

Ok so I have a 05 2.2L Balt and I put an oil pressure gauge in the side of the head and I've noticed when it's cold it runs between 60-80 psi but after a while of runnin and car is fully warmed up it sits at like 19 psi at idle and there's oil goin through the pcv hose into the intake I've tryed a catch can but it fills up too quick and still goes through I've noticed that it looks a lil milky from time to time too

# 1 your oil pressure is fine. 100%.
#2 you dont need a catch can
#3 get a new oil filler cap iirc the cap on your 05 2.2 is vented, and it is probably plugged, my 2.2 wntr btr did the same thing.
#4 drive it harder and longer, its an eco and it loves to be thrashed.
