Pacesetter Header
Can anyone who has the pacesetter header installed tell me if it requires any cutting/welding of the exhaust system? Or is it just a straight bolt on?

Bah well that sucks. Wait a min...in front of the cat...I'm still confused on what the cat or resonator is...or if both are cats. Oh well guess I'll find out when I hold it up to see what needs to be done, etc.
Thanks for the warning though so I know to set aside some extra time.

just look under your car...the cat is the canister that comes directly after the OEM exhaust manifold...then it goes downstream to the resonator and then the muffler and tip.

thats a race header, usually deletes the cat too...and provides more gains but also more money.
if u could get one from a cavalier to work that'd be one option, no one has fabricated a race header for the delta 2.2's yet
