hmmmm I did not know about this.
250 is pretty damn cheap for even a half decent working LSD.

I wonder if i should hold off booking my car in for its clutch install....
would installing one of these be pretty much cake if your already having a clutch done?

I still do not get how these inserts turn an open diff tranny into a LSD. Can some one explain to me the concept of these incerts please? Im confused.

look on www.j-body.org you will see how they lock the 2 gears together by friction.

when the spider gears in the diff start to spin it forces the block into place, wedging(sp) itself into place to prevent fruther movement of the gears thus "locking" the diff.
