Is it possible to switch to 07' Valve Cover

My buddy got a motor out of an 07 for free because the #3 piston is stuck and the auto-shop couldn't get it unstuck. He has a boosted cavalier that blew up so he is just using certain parts on the motor.

Is it possible to swap from the 06' single spark style to the seperate coilpack style 07'? Have been hunting for a valve cover forever, and he is just gunna give it to me.

Gunna guess that I can't switch to the new style plug cover?.... anybody?

I don't think it is because the 05-06 cobalts use a coil pack yet the 07's use individual coils... I think.. I dunno...why bother though. Ugly.
