Ppe dp and header

I have an 06 cobalt LS. Bought a ppe down pipe and header combo. But today I found out it may have been for an automatic. Mine is a manual. The rest of my exhaust is going to be TC catback with the ppe dp and header. So will it make any difference if its for auto?

The downpipe wont fit right between auto and standard. Iirc (probably don't ) auto is longer. TC dp uses 3 bolt flange at the back end too. So some welding will be in order.
