problem with injen cai?
I never really noticed as first, maybe it wasnt happening. But now, I hear a slight grinding noise with it. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't had actual time to look at it completely, but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what have you done about it if so?

If its like a vibrating sound its the intake hitting the frame on top of the radiator. Some rubber tubing fixes it I have some lab grade silcon high temp tubing.

Simmons, I am not trying to be a smart ass, but if the computer adds 15 hp, and your at 138 up from 125. You also have exhaust and intake taking away 2 hp?
Is the 138 dynoed of just guestimate?

*ASSUME, ON* The 125 is stock and the 138 is what he dynoed before the fuel tuning, but after I/E. However, Im curious about the tuning because I didnt know any piggyback/standalone unit would work on the 2..2's

Rush, my recommendation is to not use foam. There is another route you can take. If you take an inch-long piece of thin, hollow tubing, you can cut it open vertically (so it can wrap onto the ledge that the CAI is rubbing against). Let me know if this makes sense, if not, I'll take some pics to show you what I'm talking about.

I have a injen cai on my 06 cobalt coupe LS, and if you take your time and you adjust the intake right, (it takes about 30-45 minutes), you will have no rubbing problems. When I first bought mine, I just threw the dame thing on there, but after a cuple of days, I realised the rubbing. I adjusted the intake and no-more problems

Honestly, Rush, I have no idea where I got it. My dad just had a spool of it laying around. I'm sure if you looked at an Ace Hardware or something similar, you could find something.
