Q about new old and new headers

Ok i was just at the cobalt addiction website and they have a new set of headers released. called the CA stainless steel header v2 . Now i have the original but it states that it doesnt fit on the 2.2 . But when i purchased this one they stated that it did . Now does anyone know if there was problem with the original headers on 2.2? Should i remove mine and purchase the new version or What? here is link http://cobalt-addiction.com/performance.htm

the problem i believe was just with fitment issues. so, if it fits ok i think you'll be fine.

I have notice that it rubs the coolent pipe but is it really that bad to have like that? What sort of damages can that do and do you guys think that CA will exchange maybe or discount the new model. Because I think there should be an exchange program for discount to those who were sold up to the date they stated that it doesnt fit our cars anymore. agreed?
