Quality Spark Plugs?

Ive been doing research and i havent really come up with anything. I just wanna know what spark plug brands are best for the ecotech. im used to toyota's and using ngk's. i hear bosch is worthless, and autolight is basic stuff. so i thought id ask here. what brand would be best for my stock 2.2? i plan on sticking to iridium, not copper or platinum

Just go buy the ACDelco plugs GM recomends for the car...I ran them forever with zero issues.

Best plug out there for a GM IMO, that is if you can still able to run them (ie. not boosted).

Either NGK or AC Delco. As long as it is iridium.

they are one in the same. I personally go with NGK (why pay a middle man when you can get them from the source.)
I found a place online where I can get them for 26$ for 4

Put the stock AC Delcos in, unless you're boosted then run the NGK iridiums 1 or 2 steps colder.

This may be a stupid question, but do we need to change the gap on them at all? I know from my past experience in other cars, I've had to do that a couple times..

though you really shouldnt check or change the gap on thin wire electrode spark plugs (platniums and irridums for the most part) unless you really need to. I have to because they dont sell the plug I want with a 0.032 gap and I have to gap down to not get spark blowout.
